Psychometrics

We are qualified to administer a number of psychometrics assessments including MBTI step 11, 15FQ, and Wave. Also offer aptitude assessments. We use a 360° feedback tool to support team and individual development. We offer MBTI Step 11 as a useful self-awareness tool for team development, in order to highlight people’s preferences or comfort zone and we encourage them to develop flexibility to operate effectively beyond their preferences or outside their comfort zone. We do not use assessments to pigeon-hole people.
