Christina is a Chartered Fellow of The CIPD with Board experience. She has held HR & OD Director roles on a permanent and interim basis in a number of different organisations. She believes that leadership and good people management makes the difference between average and excellent organisational performance. She is passionate about supporting people to be their best and to achieve their career aspirations. She is an OD practitioner who works at the individual, team and organisational levels. She is an executive coach, mediator and team coach. She is currently studying for a Masters in Executive Coaching at Ashridge Business School. She enjoys working with HR Directors and is passionate about supporting women into leadership positions. She aspires to a life full of love, laughter and learning.

Richard is a Chartered Engineer with an MBA and Board experience. From early in his career as an Engineer, Team Leader, Project Manager and Operations Director, he has worked with teams of highly intelligent and creative individuals that developed and delivered world class products and services. Over time, he became more interested in how they did that, rather than the products or services they produced. He now works as an Individual and Team Coach, helping Senior Executives and Technologists to unlock their potential. He is particularly interested in leadership, of self and others, and how critical the role of leadership can be in unlocking this potential. Richard is also a talented landscape photographer, beekeeper and a crew-member of a record breaking cross-channel rowing team.

Tracy is a member of the CIPD with 20 years’ experience in HR. She was Head of HR for the fire Service for 6 years before moving to P&P. Tracy has also undertaken the CIPD’s Advanced Certificate in Employment Law and the National Examination Board in Occupational Safety & Health (NEBOSH) Certificate. She particularly enjoys using her employment law knowledge and experience, together with her ability to analyse key steps, to support organisations in finding practical solutions to the people challenges they face. Tracy has strong interpersonal skills and excellent written communication skills. She enjoys balancing work with family life.

Alison is our Bookkeeper and Office Manager. She provides invaluable back office support which allows Richard, Christina and Tracy to focus on delivering for our customers. She is an Accounting Technician with experience of working in a wide range of different organisations from the Big Six to local authorities and SMEs. She is particularly enjoys a decent cup of coffee and working flexibly to balance work and family life.
