People and Performance Ltd. designed and delivered a bespoke management development programme for Anson Packaging which developed the leadership skills of our managers, significantly reduced silo working and resulted in more confident and capable managers. We also run a Women’s Leadership Programme in partnership with Pure Resourcing which aims to support women to overcome their own barriers to achieving their aspirations whilst also working with organisational sponsors to remove organisational barriers to the progression of women leaders. Women’s Leadership Programme

Joining the Women’s Leadership Programme gave me the space to consider where I am in my career and the insight and courage to challenge myself about my future goals and aspirations.
